We started growing herbs here on the family farm in 1995. Over the years our business has grown, changed and evolved, but we still grow our herbs right here in the valley, home.

Our Coal River Valley blend of southern ocean sea salt and home grown rosemary is a personal favourite. amazing with lamb, wonderful with roast potatoes, superb in a salad dressing, on scallops or added to a savoury lamb hotpot.
