The small island of Pedra Branca in Tasmania’s wild and windy Southwest National Park, has inspired this delicious blend of hand ground, toasted ocean fish and mountain pepper.

For us Pedra Branca is the definition of everything that is pristine, wild, rugged and awesome, which is why we named this delicious spice blend after it.
